When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and the project details you provide. When you call our phone line, the call may be routed and logged for service-quality purposes.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to coordinate your installation through our partner Comfitrust and to send you transactional follow-ups about your consultation request. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your contact and project information only with Comfitrust for the purpose of delivering the installation work you requested. We do not sell personal data to third parties and we do not route your information to lead aggregators.

You can request access to or deletion of the information we hold about you by calling (617) 533-0556 or submitting a note on our contact page.
